Welcome to EPSTA's exclusive Virtual 1 on 1 Personal Training Program! This unique offering is part of our member-only access section, designed to provide you with a comprehensive, personalized fitness experience right from the comfort of your home. 

 

Our certified personal trainers are ready to guide you on your fitness journey, providing expert advice and motivation every step of the way. Each 45-minute session includes a warm-up, a custom-designed workout plan tailored to your specific fitness goals, and a cool-down stretch to ensure you're recovering properly.

 

Your journey begins with a thorough fitness assessment and goal evaluation, followed by a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) to ensure your safety and readiness for physical activity. Based on these assessments, we'll create a custom program designed to enhance your flexibility, endurance, core strength, balance, plyometric abilities, speed, agility, quickness (SAQ), and overall strength.

 

In addition to your personalized training sessions, you'll also have access to our range of fitness classes and health challenges, providing you with a diverse and engaging fitness experience. While our 1 on 1 personal training program is a paid service, remember that signing up is free and many of our programs are offered at no cost.

 Personal Customized Fitness Programming 

Welcome to our virtual personal customized fitness programming! At EPSTA, we understand that everyone has unique fitness goals and needs. That's why we offer personalized programs designed specifically for you. 

When you sign up for our personal customized fitness programming, you'll have the opportunity to work with one of our certified personal trainers who will guide you through your fitness journey. We start by conducting a comprehensive fitness assessment to understand your current fitness level and any specific areas you want to focus on.

Next, we'll conduct a goal assessment to determine your fitness objectives. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve flexibility, or enhance overall fitness, our trainers will create a custom-designed program tailored to your specific goals.

To ensure your safety and well-being, we'll also ask you to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) to identify any potential health concerns or limitations.

 

In each session, you can expect a well-rounded workout experience. Each session will begin with a warm-up to prepare your body for exercise, followed by a custom-designed workout plan that targets your specific goals. Finally, we'll end each session with a cool-off and stretching routine to promote flexibility and prevent muscle soreness.
