Our Youth Speed & Agility program helps 9–13 year olds improve sprint mechanics, footwork, reaction, balance, and coordination — all in a positive, fun environment. Every session develops athletic skill, confidence, and movement quality that transfers to every sport.

Cutting, shuffling, backpedaling, hip turns, and smooth direction changes.

Agility & Footwork

Ladder patterns, cone drills, and reactive movement for sport-speed.

Coach Darien Hawkins

With over a decade of coaching experience and a proven track record of developing young athletes, Coach D brings unmatched energy, technical expertise, and passion to every session. His mission is to help kids move better, gain confidence, and build foundational speed and agility that will carry them through every sport they play.

Q: Does my child need to be in a specific sport to join?

A: No. The program benefits athletes in all sports. Speed and agility improve every game.

Q: My child hasn’t done speed training before. Is this okay?

A: Absolutely. We teach everything step-by-step and build confidence from day one.

Q: Is the training safe for growing bodies?

A: Yes. All drills are age-appropriate and designed specifically for developing athletes.

Q: How big are the training groups?

A: Small groups so every athlete receives individual attention and coaching corrections.

Q: What should my athlete bring?

A: Athletic clothes, good running/turf shoes, and water.

Q: What if my athlete is “not fast”?

A: Perfect — this program is built to teach speed and build confidence.

Q: Can we join after the program has started?

A: Yes, if space is available. Tuition is prorated.

Q: What if my child has an injury?

A: Let us know before training. We can modify safely.
